CLI Commands

Run in terminal. To install into IDE see Installation Guide ; here are commands only.

Plugin Management

vibe-tutor install <ide>

Install to IDE: cursor / claude / codex / qwen / windsurf / all

vibe-tutor uninstall <ide>

Uninstall from IDE

vibe-tutor reset

Uninstall all + clear local login data and cache (asks for confirmation)

vibe-tutor update

Pull latest and reinstall (npm update -g vibe-tutor first)

vibe-tutor --version

Show CLI version

Account & Auth

Free works offline without login; login only for Pro or SaaS dashboard.

vibe-tutor login

Browser OAuth login (returns to CLI)

vibe-tutor status

Show login status and plan info

vibe-tutor deactivate

Log out (clear local token; cloud account unaffected)

vibe-tutor profile

Cross-project profile (Pro). Subcommands: profile show / profile sync / profile delete

Diagnostics

vibe-tutor doctor

Diagnose local install and plugin mounts across IDEs (attach output when reporting bugs)
